The Atrium Ballroom sends event-related text messages to the hosts of events held at our hall. These messages include door access codes, hospitality times, arrival information, and contact numbers for the manager on duty and event coordinator. This program is for event service messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

You join the program by giving your mobile phone number to The Atrium Ballroom when you book or plan your event, and agreeing that we may text you event details. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies by event. Expect a few messages per event, usually around the day of your event.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send and receive. The Atrium Ballroom does not charge a fee for the texts.

You can cancel the text messaging service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will confirm your opt-out. After that you will not receive further text messages from us unless you ask us to start again. Opting out of texts does not affect your event booking.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
